A few words

Michael Meimaroglou was born in 1985 in Lesvos. His journey unfolds across diverse yet deeply interconnected paths, where creativity meets inner exploration. Having studied Computer Science Engineering, he seamlessly combines a strong technical background with visual communication. As a Lead UX Designer and Art Director, he gives form and structure to complex digital systems, while his long-standing path in electronic music as a DJ and music producer serves as his personal channel for composing analog and hypnotic soundscapes.

A milestone in his artistic journey is the creation of Urban Style Mag in 2008, one of the most pioneering art magazines in Greece and abroad. With a highly distinctive and recognizable art direction, the magazine hosted dozens of exceptional artists from around the world. This same passion for underground culture led him to co-organize the international Beach Street Festival, a massive open-air event that bridged graffiti with electronic music. This exploration extends to this day, as he actively participates in photography exhibitions, as well as contemporary art exhibitions featuring audio-visual works.

In parallel, he channels his entrepreneurial creativity as the founder and owner of the 360 digital agency Bloomco.Digital, as well as Bloom Coworking Space—a modern coworking space in Lesvos, actively strengthening the local technological and professional community.

The need for inner balance and empowerment led him to the esoteric healing system of Reiki, in which he now holds the rank of Reiki Master as a member of the Hellenic Reiki Association. In his work, design, sound, art, energy healing, and the study of esotericism are not disconnected activities. They are different expressions of the exact same quest.

This very distillation of experiences was channeled into his debut book, "Art, Therapy, Self-Knowledge — An Experiential Approach", published by Daidaleos Editions.

Musical Journey

Artistically, he has been expressing himself through two distinct yet complementary profiles since 2010: Mic Meimaroglou and Aithale. He has released music on acclaimed labels such as 808 Recordings, NTROP Recordings, Diffuse Reality, Trau-ma Records, Kusiya Records, among others. Both his DJ performances and productions carry a mystical quality, seamlessly weaving ambient textures, atmospheric elements, and hypnotic techno rhythms.

Driven by his passion for electronic culture and his commitment to supporting the contemporary domestic scene, he founded the independent record label USM Recordings, which also hosted the vinyl release of “Planet 381” (a collaboration with AgainstMe).

In parallel, he is the founder of ΣΥΝTHESIS, a collective artist platform based in Lesvos aimed at elevating electronic sound on the island. His background in large-scale event production traces back to his role as the co-organizer of the Beach Street Festival, a pioneering international graffiti and music festival. Today, in collaboration with his close friend and partner Konstantinos Sitaras (AgainstMe), he organizes the international electronic music gathering “Undefined Shapes”, connecting local and foreign artists of the underground scene.

Throughout his long-standing career since 2002, he has worked closely with award-winning startups, guiding their strategic design across branding and UX. In the field of digital and UX design, he has collaborated with numerous creative agencies both in Greece and internationally. Having designed and audited hundreds of applications, his work focuses on the methodical simplification of complex data and the creation of human-centric interfaces.

His design philosophy is rooted in the belief that design is not merely an aesthetic tool, but a bridge of empathy between the software and the end-user. From his current position as a UX/Product Designer and Art Director, he seamlessly fuses ultimate usability with premium aesthetic maturity.
